After-sales Support and Maintenance We offer support for operation through IoT. Our engineers face off with machinery in foodstuffs plants throughout the country to ensure the machinery produces delicious rice each and every time. High quality maintenance ensures the equipment continues to perform properly.
IoT/Remote maintenance

If something should happen at a client plant, our engineers can respond 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
In addition to phone responses, our engineers can use the internet to check control systems in real time to provide remote maintenance. If on-site investigations are required, we can send out engineers right away.

Regular inspections

We ask our customers to sign maintenance contracts when they purchase a system, which we use to conduct regular inspections of the equipment. (The exact details are determined following discussions with each customer.) After each inspection, a report is written to point out any areas that need repair or replacement, and an estimate is provided for the cost of replacement parts and the cost of repair and replacement work.

Rice cooking consultations

We can provide support for analyzing actual rice cooking data, measuring rice cooking temperature curves through data tracers, and so on.
